Terms of Service

1. Who we are

YNS (Your Next Ship) is a software service operated by Abdul-Rahman Hany, Egypt ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using YNS you agree to these terms.

2. The service

YNS helps you prepare and submit app store listings: metadata, localization, compliance forms and readiness checks for Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console. We do not build, sign or upload your app binaries, and we do not control store review decisions.

3. Your accounts and credentials

• You must have the right to manage the apps and store accounts you connect.
• You connect stores using credentials you create (an App Store Connect API key and a Google service account). You are responsible for granting only the access you intend and for revoking it when you stop using the service.
• In session-only mode we use credentials in memory to complete a request and do not store them. Any future stored-credential mode will be opt-in and described before you enable it.

4. Your responsibility for store submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything submitted to a store, including privacy answers, age ratings, data safety declarations and translated text. AI-generated content can be wrong or unsuitable; review it before you submit. YNS gives guidance, not legal advice, and does not guarantee approval by Apple or Google.

5. Subscriptions, credits and payment

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually and renew until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance that resets each billing cycle; add-on credits are available for purchase.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles sales tax and VAT. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use YNS to violate store policies or laws, to submit deceptive or infringing content, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access without our permission.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your app metadata, screenshots and other content. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service, including sending text to AI model providers to generate translations and drafts.

8. Availability and changes

The service depends on Apple and Google APIs that can change or fail. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, rejected submissions, lost revenue or store account actions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service.
