Summary

We collect what we need to run the service. We do not sell your data. In session-only mode your Apple and Google credentials are never stored on our servers.

What we collect

Account data: email, name, and sign-in method.
Workspace data: apps you add, listing metadata, translations, glossary terms, sync history and snapshots.
Usage and logs: actions you take, credit usage, and technical logs with secrets removed.
Payment data: handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We receive subscription status and order references, not card numbers.

Store credentials

In session-only mode, your App Store Connect key and Google service account JSON are kept in your browser session, sent over TLS with each request, used in memory to call the store APIs, and not saved or logged by us. If we offer an optional stored-credential mode in the future, it will be opt-in, encrypted, and audit-logged, and described here before launch.

How we use data

To provide listing management, translation, readiness checks and submission features.
To bill you and prevent abuse.
To improve reliability. We do not use your listing content to train our own models.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and processors including Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), Lemon Squeezy (payments), an AI model provider (to generate translations and drafts from your text), and an email provider for sign-in and notices. They process data only to serve us.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time at support@getyns.dev; we will respond within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

Security

We use TLS in transit and access controls, and we redact secrets from logs. No system is perfectly secure; tell us promptly at support@getyns.dev if you suspect a problem.
