14-day money-back guarantee

If YNS is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full.

Renewals and annual plans

• Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you have not used the plan's credits or submitted a release since renewal.
• Annual plans cancelled after the first 14 days are not refunded for the unused period, and stay active until the end of the paid year.

Add-on credit packs

Unused add-on credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on AI generation are not refundable, since the cost has been incurred.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period and will not be charged again.

How to request a refund

Email support@getyns.dev with the email used at checkout. Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
